My Name is Joey Chung, and I'm going to attend University of Maryland. I am mainly interested in physics, but also in modern history and the Cold War. I lived in South Korea for 15 years which I believe to be another reason why I chose this topic (because of North Korea's nuclear bomb developments). Also I wanted to study more about how the United States and the modern world changed due to the emergence of nuclear weapons during the Cold War.
